1. Comprehensive Initial Menopause Screen:
We’ll start by exploring your current symptoms and any challenges you’re facing with menopause, including:
- Gut health
- Hormonal health
- Sleep quality
- Energy levels
- Current activity levels
- Foods and supplements you’re currently taking
- A brief discussion on pelvic health
2. Personalised Menopause Mapping Breakdown:
Once we complete your initial screen, I will send you a detailed breakdown of your menopause symptoms, diving into the key pillars of menopause health. This includes a tailored plan that’s realistic and actionable over the next four weeks, covering:
- Personalized food and nutrition recommendations
- Tailored physical activity suggestions or exercise plan
- Customized recommendations for supplements and other health pillars

4. One-on-One Goal-Setting Meeting:
After you receive your Menopause Mapping Breakdown, we’ll schedule a one-hour meeting. This is your chance to discuss your plan in detail, ask any questions, and set achievable goals for the next four weeks. As this is one-to-one coaching, we’ll continually gather information during our sessions to make any necessary tweaks and adjustments to your goals and plans.
5. 24/7 Support:
You’ll have access to message me any time for support as you implement the goals we’ve set. I’ll also check in with you weekly to ensure you’re on track and feel supported throughout the process.
6. Follow-Up Questionnaire:
After the four weeks, you’ll complete another Menopause Mapping Questionnaire to assess your progress and how effective our strategies have been.
7. Complimentary Follow-Up Meeting:
Following your questionnaire, we’ll have a complimentary catch-up session. This is your chance to discuss your experience, any challenges you faced, and plans moving forward.
8. Actionable Points Email:
After our catch-up, you’ll receive an email summarizing everything we’ve discussed, along with actionable points to help you continue moving forward.
9. Ongoing Support:
If you wish, you can book additional follow-up sessions at any time for continued support beyond our initial coaching.
