  • Manage menopause in a way that feels good for them – separate/alongside HRT or medical intervention (we don’t shame HRT around here!)

Your ‘Menopause Overhauled’ bigger sister, this service offers a deeper, one-on-one coaching experience.
Initial Consultation
Begin with a 30-minute Zoom consultation after completing your Menopause Questionnaire to set the stage for your bespoke Menopause Mapping plan.

Customised Strategy
Receive a detailed, personalised plan complete with strategic advice tailored to your specific needs.

Follow-up
You’ll meet with me via Zoom for a comprehensive session to refine your strategies, set actionable goals and a chance to ask any questions.

Ongoing Support
You will benefit from a free 30-minute check-in after four weeks, and during this period, you’ll have access to me via WhatsApp for any additional support and questions you might have. Additional follow-up sessions are also available to ensure continued progress.

Optional 1-to-1 Follow Up

At any point during either service, you have the option to book a personalized one-to-one session.
Flexible Scheduling

1. Free Discovery Call

Let’s start with a friendly, free, no obligation 15-minute call about your menopause journey. We’ll discuss the challenges you’re facing, explore your goals for health and wellbeing, and share how we can support you. It’s a perfect opportunity to ask questions and see if we’re the right fit.

2. Choose your support level

After our chat, you can choose between our Menopause Mapping service for a comprehensive, personalised plan, or our enhanced Menopause Coaching service if you’d like regular check-ins and ongoing support. We’ll help you decide which option best suits your needs.

3. Begin your journey

Your journey starts with a detailed menopause mapping assessment. From there, you’ll gain access to our resource library, exclusive webinars, and educational content. Whether you choose mapping or coaching, we’ll be there supporting you every step of the way.

Your Menopause Overhauled

An initial Menopause Screen will look at:

  • Current symptoms (and any challenges menopause has brought up for you)
  • Gut health
  • Hormonal health
  • Sleep
  • Energy levels
  • Current activity
  • Foods and supplements you currently take
  • Touch upon pelvic health
Menopause Support

Once the initial screen is complete:

I will send you a breakdown explaining your current menopause symptoms and begin diving into the pillars of menopause health. Within that will be a plan based on your health screen and goals, that are realistic for you to implement over 4 weeks. This will include:

  • Personalised menopause food and nutrition recommendations
  • Personalised physical activity exercise suggestions or plan
  • Personalised recommendations for supplements and the other pillars of health

I DO NOT PROVIDE A ONE SIZE DOESN’T FIT ALL SOLUTION. Your menopause experience is completely unique, and should the mapping of your menopause be.

Once you have received your Menopause Mapping Breakdown/Overhaul, you have the option to book a follow-up meeting with me where you can ask questions and we can discuss what is in your breakdown/overhaul and you have the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.

Menopause Mapping Coaching

With Menopause Mapping Coaching, you’ll receive all the benefits of Your Menopause Overhauled, plus some exciting extras tailored for a more interactive experience.

1. Comprehensive Initial Menopause Screen:
We’ll start by exploring your current symptoms and any challenges you’re facing with menopause, including:

  • Gut health
  • Hormonal health
  • Sleep quality
  • Energy levels
  • Current activity levels
  • Foods and supplements you’re currently taking
  • A brief discussion on pelvic health

2. Personalised Menopause Mapping Breakdown:
Once we complete your initial screen, I will send you a detailed breakdown of your menopause symptoms, diving into the key pillars of menopause health. This includes a tailored plan that’s realistic and actionable over the next four weeks, covering:

  • Personalized food and nutrition recommendations
  • Tailored physical activity suggestions or exercise plan
  • Customized recommendations for supplements and other health pillars

4. One-on-One Goal-Setting Meeting:
After you receive your Menopause Mapping Breakdown, we’ll schedule a one-hour meeting. This is your chance to discuss your plan in detail, ask any questions, and set achievable goals for the next four weeks. As this is one-to-one coaching, we’ll continually gather information during our sessions to make any necessary tweaks and adjustments to your goals and plans.

5. 24/7 Support:
You’ll have access to message me any time for support as you implement the goals we’ve set. I’ll also check in with you weekly to ensure you’re on track and feel supported throughout the process.

6. Follow-Up Questionnaire:
After the four weeks, you’ll complete another Menopause Mapping Questionnaire to assess your progress and how effective our strategies have been.

7. Complimentary Follow-Up Meeting:
Following your questionnaire, we’ll have a complimentary catch-up session. This is your chance to discuss your experience, any challenges you faced, and plans moving forward.

8. Actionable Points Email:
After our catch-up, you’ll receive an email summarizing everything we’ve discussed, along with actionable points to help you continue moving forward.

9. Ongoing Support:
If you wish, you can book additional follow-up sessions at any time for continued support beyond our initial coaching.
